Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment Process

Course Completion

  • Students must complete all required assignments and assessments

Payment Terms & Refunds

Payment Obligations

  • Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
  • Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials
  • Additional fees may apply for expedited services or certifications

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds available within 7 days of enrollment if no content accessed
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for completed courses or downloaded materials
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with justification
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days
Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, videos, and content are proprietary to CodeSchool.LK
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without permission
  • Course materials are licensed for personal educational use only
  • Any unauthorized use may result in legal action
  • Screenshots, recordings, or copying of content is prohibited

User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create and submit
  • You grant us a license to use your content for educational purposes
  • You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • We may remove content that violates our policies
  • You are responsible for backing up your own work and submissions
Prohibited Conduct

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward others
  • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt platform security
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

Academic Integrity

  • Cheating on assignments or assessments is strictly prohibited
  • Plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration may result in course failure
  • Sharing answers or solutions with other students is not allowed
  • Using unauthorized tools or resources during assessments
  • Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability
  • We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues
  • Course schedules and instructors may change without notice
  • Technical issues may occasionally impact the learning experience

Educational Outcomes

  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placement
  • Course completion does not guarantee employment or salary increases
  • Student success depends on individual effort and circumstances
  • Industry recognition of certificates may vary
  • Skills and knowledge may become outdated over time
Account Termination

Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
  • Account termination does not automatically cancel paid courses
  • You may download your certificates before account closure
  • Some data may be retained for legal and administrative purposes
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations

Termination by CodeSchool.LK

  • We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
  • Repeated policy violations may result in permanent suspension
  • We may suspend access during investigation of potential violations
  • Refunds for terminated accounts are at our sole discretion
  • You will be notified of termination via your registered email address
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
